Good luck finding a better mullet on a high school football coach than the one at Walton High School in Marietta, Ga.
There may be better ones on players across the country.
It seems like many of them sport the business in the front and the party in the back these days.
But you’ll be hard-pressed to find one that is more elite and flowy than the one that WSB-TV Sports Reporter Alison Mistrangelo tweeted out.
Now, despite all of the follicular praise I just heaped on this fella, I do have to check Alison on one claim in her post.
She says it’s the best mullet in Georgia.
I think there are a lot of Peach State beaver paddles who will take umbrage with that.
Could it use some work in the front?
Absolutely.
This isn’t business in the front so much as it is party in the back. Trim that front piece up and put some product in there and you have a true dual-threat ‘do.
The back – of course – is where the party’s at.
This thing covers up plenty of neck and even hangs an inch below his shirt collar for bonus points.
Walton plays in Marietta. No matter how you pronounce it (old school locals call it May-Retta) I think this flow earned itself a no-doubter of a nickname:
The Marietta Mudflap.
Pardon the pun there.
He looks about 13 years old, but commands respect from anyone who sees that magical mane.
If he told me to suit up and run a drill, I wouldn’t blink.
There’s nothing like high school football in the South. And there’s nothing like a good mullet.
